Join our group workouts if you want to:

When you join you get to:

1. Workout with a group of other motivated cheerleaders

2.Access to a workout app to track your progress (12 and older class only)

3.Access to our Cheer Doctor Resource Vault with recorded calls from dietitians, sport psychologists and more!

You may purchase a single session, 4, 8, or 12 pack. Or you may purchase an unlimited monthly class package option. Once you make your purchase, you will get a calendar link to schedule your sessions.

Location: Back to Basics Movement and Training in Westerville, Ohio.

Please only schedule a class using the calendar below AFTER paying for a session or you will receive an error message. Use the same email when paying and signing up for class.
