Date: July 18th, 2026
Time: 9:30am-2:30pm.
Ages: Male and female cheerleaders 10 and older. Athletes will be placed in groups based on age.

What To Expect:
Cheer Doctor Strength Training and Force Plate Jump Testing: Workout with Physical Therapist, strength coach, and former USA and Ohio State Cheerleader, Dr. Maria Wisman. Learn exercises for performance enhancement and injury prevention! Each athlete will receive a jump assessment through force plate jump testing.
Cheer Dietitian Workshop: Participate in a class with Registered Dietitian, Bengals Cheerleader, and founder of Nutrition for Cheerleaders, Ashley Martinez to learn how to fuel optimally for performance!
Cheer Sport Psychology Workshop: Participate in a class with Sport Psychologist and former Ohio State Cheerleader, Dr. Kylee Baker, to optimize your performance through mental strategies!
Stunt with D1 Collegiate Cheerleaders: Coed and group stunting with current / former D1 cheerleaders from The Ohio State University and University of Kentucky Cheer Teams. Lead by The Stunt Doc and USA Cheer President, Coach Ben Schreiber.

10:20-11:10: Rotation 1

Clinic Staff:
Dr. Maria Wisman, PT, Founder of The Cheer Doctor
Dr. Maria Wisman, PT is the owner of The Cheer Doctor, a business that helps cheerleaders and cheer teams go from good to GREAT through physical therapy and strength and conditioning services. Maria is a former Ohio State and USA cheerleader who has won 3 gold medals in the sport. She is now a physical therapist with a passion to help cheerleaders and cheer teams get access to more resources to help them succeed!
Ben Schreiber, The Stunt Doc
Ben Schreiber is the President of USA Cheer and owner of The Stunt Doc where he works on the athletic skills of cheerleading including partner stunts, pyramids, basket tosses, and tumbling with middle school, high school, and college teams around the country.
Ben was a staff member with the Universal Cheerleaders Association for 11 years including 9 years teaching college camps across the US and at the international level.
Dr. Kylee Baker, PhD, Certified Mental Performance Consultant
Dr. Kylee is a former Ohio State Cheerleader and now sport psychologist! She helps athletes with mental blocks as well as teaches athletes mental strategies to improve their performance!
Ashley Martinez, RDN, Pro Cheerleader and Founder of Nutrition for Cheerleaders
Ashley Anna Martinez, MFN, RDN, LD is a Chef, Dietitian, and 4 x Professional Cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals. She is the owner of Nutrition for Cheerleaders, LLC through which she provides personalized nutrition programs for athletes to reach their highest performance potential.

Refunds/ Cancellation Policy:
A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the clinic. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of participants in order to prepare for the clinic, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury or illness, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor is required.
A clinic fee may not be transferred to any other Cheer Doctor Clinics. A clinic fee may not be transferred to any other participant. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by email – no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the clinic. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Participants who are injured while at the clinic but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
